This includes the design, management, communication, compliance, and administration of our compensation programs, including base salary, bonus, and long-term incentives.

As the TED Partner in EMEA & APJ, you will be the primary advocate for global Talent, Experience, and DEI programs outside of the U.S. You will be responsible for localizing and implementing global TED programs to advance our talent strategy, drive local engagement, and foster a globally-inclusive culture.
In this role, you will drive global standard operations and projects to enhance recruiting coordination, ensure seamless candidate experiences, strengthen internal partnerships and deliver optimal workflows. Your expertise will lead complex initiatives, influence best practices, and leverage data insights to optimize operations. You will lead global initiatives and support programs to drive process improvements and enhance the Talent Acquisition and candidate experiences.
This role will have a specialized focus on equity planning management and core compensation modeling and administration. This role will serve as the internal lead—managing the vendor, ensuring compliance with plan rules, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to support our executive and investor-aligned programs.
